POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Content Manager will assist in the development and growth of the Sisters of Notre Dame East-West Province website, including driving the UI and UX and prioritizing SEO, supporting social media, growing internal and external communication efforts, and producing digital content. In addition, the Digital Communications and Content Manager will support the strategic planning efforts of the Director of Communications and help implement communications decisions and initiatives. This position will provide communications support for all messaging and materials relating to the SNDdeN-EW Province, collaborating across the Mission Advancement Team.Ideal candidates are curious, collaborative, and willing to try a project, risk failure, and create success. They are problem solvers, quick learners and team players with strong communication skills and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work collaboratively across the organization to ensure all digital communications activities support Communications and the Missional Advancement TeamResponsible for assisting in the development and execution of communications strategiesResponsible for ongoing development and updates to the websiteDrive establishment of analytics tools and SEOManage the creation of content, including stories, social media, campaign collateral, messaging and media presentations, including graphic design as appropriateDevelopment and executing of agreed upon marketing plans and campaigns from concept to implementation and analysisMaintain quality and consistency across all communicationsAssist in oversight of communications editorial calendarManage email campaigns, including design, calls-to-action, and contentConduct regular meetings with the Director of Communications to report status on all marketing-related activities and how they perform concerning overall organizational goalsAssist in ensuring digital design relevance, accuracy, and alignment with the organization's brand identityMaintain confidentiality in all work and interactions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to represent and communicate the vision and mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, and a desire to make a significant difference for themProven success in project management, website development, analytics and social media strategy is criticalExceptional writing, planning and organizational skillsStrong understanding of how to communicate and deliver content on multiple platformsExtensive experience with Google Analytics and SEOProficient in CMS/WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator), Marketing Automation, Google Ads and Social Media platformsAdept at setting and measuring digital activity to manage progress toward goals; strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challengeStrong background in marketing and campaign-driven rolesRefined communication, management, leadership, and analytical skills.
